Documents required for the Enrollment form
- SSC/X Certificate.
- +2/Intermediate/2 years ITI/3 years Diploma certificates (For B.Sc. Admissions, ITI and Diploma are not eligible).
- For PG: Lower Degree Provisional/Convocation certificate from a UGC recognized University.
- Identity Proof: AADHAR For Foreign students: PASSPORT.
- Social Status (Reservation Category), if applicable.
- NCC/NSS/SPORTS participation certificate, if participated.
- Special Category: AIRFORCE / ARMY / MILITARY / NAVY / DIVYANG.
- Date of Birth proof (If mentioned DoB in SSC same can be uploaded, otherwise only Govt. issued DoB certificate is to be uploaded. Notarized certificates will not be considered).
- Photo – Should be good as it will get printed on examination OMR sheets and also final certificates, Passport photo with Blue or white background.
- Signature – Student own signature is to be uploaded as it will be used at the time of Examinations & Assignments.
- ABC ID Card Proof Compulsory.
- Learner Name: Same as in SSC/X (Type as it is in the certificate with surname order also).
- Father/Guardian Name: Same as in SSC/X (Type as it is in the certificate with surname order also).
- Date of Birth: Same as in SSC/X or Govt. issued DoB proof certificate.
- Mobile Number & Mail ID: Type Personal Mobile number and mail ID as they are going to be used to access Learner Portal.
- Students who joined in Apprenticeship program were not allowed to migrate into normal program at any time during the course of study.
- All original copies to be uploaded. No Xerox Copies allowed as document proof.
